32+ YEARS OF RESEARCH WORK.
A SPIRITUAL RESEARCH INSTITUTE
Gitarthganga is a research institute based in Ahmedabad. The institute is involved in preparing an encyclopedia of 108 main subjects further categorized into 10,008 sub subjects. The institute is established with a vision to create an infrastructure for experts to get the holistic view of a particular subject thus, perpetuating the flow of ‘Samyag Jnan’ in masses & for generations to come. The entire research work is carried out under the guidance of visionary & expert Spiritual Sovereign H.H. Jainacharya Shrimadvijay Yugbhushansurishwarji Maharaja.
DAWN OF GITARTH GANGA
Spiritual Sovereign H.H. Acharya Shrimadvijay Ramchandrasurishwarji Maharaja asked his confidentiate disciples Muni Shri Mohjitvijayji and Muni Shri Yugbhushanvijayji fondly known as Mota Pandit Maharaj and Nana Pandit Maharaj respectively, to apply their broad and deep understanding to the core of various scriptures and simplify it for the benefit of the novice and saints. Inspired by their sermons that had simplified explanations of complex topics, the shravakas of Ahmedabad sought the permission to publish their sermons in book form.
Both Muniraj’s suggested the shravakas that a better way to cater the need of people & benefit of society would be to establish a research institute which will help in maintaining & enhancing the perpetual flow of Samyak Shrut Jnan in the masses instead of publishing sermons in book form. Impressed by their aloofness, the Shravakas of Rajnagar (Ahmedabad) decided to establish the research institue. On the auspicious day of 11th October, 1992 this research institute was established with minimal resources.
